Overview
Organizations let you collaborate with team members on shared pages, sites, and analytics. Create an organization, invite members, and assign roles to control who can do what.
Creating an Organization
- Go to Account → Organization.
- Click Create Organization.
- Enter an organization name.
- Your organization is created and you're the Owner.
Creating an organization requires a paid plan.
Inviting Team Members
- Go to Account → Organization.
- Click Invite Member.
- Enter the team member's email address.
- Choose their role (see below).
- They'll receive an email invitation to join your organization.
Roles & Permissions
Owner
- Full control over the organization
- Can manage members, roles, and billing
- Can delete the organization
- There is one owner per organization
Admin
- Can invite and manage members
- Can edit all pages in the organization
- Can view analytics and settings
- Cannot delete the organization or change billing
Member
- Can view and edit pages they own
- Can view organization analytics (read-only)
- Cannot invite members or change settings
Moving Pages to an Organization
Pages can be transferred between your personal account and your organization. From the Pages list, click the three-dot menu on a page and select Move to Organization (or move it back to personal).
Team Seats by Plan
- Grow: 5 team seats
- Optimize: 10 team seats
- Scale: 25 team seats
Multiple Organizations
On the Scale plan, you can create up to 3 organizations — useful for agencies or businesses with separate brands. Switch between organizations from the sidebar.
