Accessing Billing
Go to Dashboard → Billing or Account → Billing to manage your subscription, view invoices, and purchase AI credit top-ups.
Your Subscription
The billing page shows:
- Your current plan (Grow, Optimize, or Scale)
- Billing period (monthly or annual)
- Next renewal date
- Payment method on file
- AI credit balance and renewal date
Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Billing and click Change Plan or Upgrade.
- Select your new plan.
- The upgrade takes effect immediately.
- You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period.
- All new plan features (more pages, domains, integrations, etc.) are available right away.
Downgrading Your Plan
- Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You retain access to your current plan's features until then.
- If you have more pages, domains, or integrations than the new plan allows, you'll need to reduce them or they'll be deactivated (not deleted) when the downgrade takes effect.
Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page.
- Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
- After that, your account reverts to the free tier.
- Pages over the free limit and custom domains are deactivated — your content is not deleted. You can re-activate by upgrading again.
Payment Method
- Leadpages accepts credit cards via Stripe.
- PayPal is not supported at this time.
- Update your card from the Billing page.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Leadpages retries 3 times over 7 days. If all retries fail, your account is downgraded. Update your payment method to resolve the issue.
Invoices
All invoices are available in Billing → Invoices. Each invoice can be downloaded as a PDF for your records or accounting.
AI Credit Top-Ups
Purchase additional AI credits anytime from the Billing page. Top-ups are one-time purchases that never expire and stack on top of your monthly allowance:
- 2,000 credits — $2.50
- 5,000 credits — $5.00
- 15,000 credits — $12.00
- 50,000 credits — $35.00
Tax
VAT or GST may be applied based on your country. Tax details appear on your invoices.
