Accessing Account Settings
Click your profile icon in the sidebar or go to Account from the navigation menu. From here you can manage your profile, security, and connected services.
Profile
- Name: Update your display name.
- Avatar: Upload a profile picture.
- Email: Your account email is shown here. Email changes are not currently self-service — contact support if you need to update your email address.
- Email verification: If your email is not verified, you'll see a "Verify Email" button to resend the verification link.
Password
To change your password, go to the sign-in page and use Forgot Password to receive a reset link. There is no in-app password change form — password resets are handled via email for security.
API Keys
Generate API keys for programmatic access to your Leadpages account. Go to Account → API Keys to create, view, or revoke keys. API keys are useful for integrating with custom tools, automation scripts, or third-party services.
Webhooks
Configure webhook URLs to receive real-time notifications when events occur in your account. Go to Account → Webhooks to set up endpoints for events like:
- Form submissions
- Page published or unpublished
- Subscription changes
Webhooks send a JSON payload to your URL, so you can build custom workflows without using an integration platform.
Connected Apps
View and manage all connected third-party services from Account → Connected Apps. Disconnect integrations you no longer use.
Appearance
Toggle between light and dark mode for the Leadpages dashboard and editor. This is a cosmetic preference — it does not affect how your published pages look to visitors.
Delete Account
You can permanently delete your Leadpages account from the Account page. Scroll to the Delete Account section and click Delete Account.
A confirmation dialog will appear. Type DELETE in the text field and click Delete Account to proceed. This action cannot be undone — your account, pages, sites, and associated data are permanently removed.
If your subscription is billed through Leadpages Classic
If your account was migrated from Leadpages Classic and your subscription is managed through the Classic billing system (Verifone), deleting your Leadpages account does not automatically cancel that subscription. After your account is deleted, a confirmation screen will appear with an Open Classic billing link. Click that link to go to the Leadpages Classic billing page (my.leadpages.com/my-account/billing) and cancel your subscription there to stop future charges.
If you close or navigate away before clicking Sign out on the confirmation screen, you will be signed out automatically — your session is cleared as soon as the deletion completes.
