[New Leadpages] Forms — Collecting Leads on Your Pages

Last Updated

Overview

Forms let you collect visitor information (names, emails, phone numbers, etc.) directly on your landing pages. Every form submission is stored in your Leadpages account and can be routed to external tools like your CRM or email platform.

Adding a Form to Your Page

With AI

  1. Open your page in the editor.
  2. Click the Add panel in the toolbar and select the Form tab.
  3. Click Add a form with AI and describe what you need (e.g., "a contact form with name, email, and message fields").
  4. The AI generates the form and adds it to your page.

In Existing Pages

If your page already has a form (from a template or AI generation), the editor automatically detects it. You'll see a Form pill in the toolbar showing the number of forms on the page.

Viewing Submissions

  1. Go to Dashboard → Submissions.
  2. You'll see all form submissions across all your pages.
  3. Filter by:
    • Specific page
    • Form name/identifier
    • Date range (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days)
    • Free-text search across form data
  4. Click any submission to see all captured field data, the timestamp, and the page it came from.

Form Notifications

Get notified by email whenever someone submits a form:

  1. Go to Account Settings.
  2. Enable Form Submission Notifications.
  3. You'll receive an email for each submission with the form data.

You can also configure notifications per page in the page settings.

Spam Protection

Leadpages includes built-in honeypot spam protection on all forms. No CAPTCHA configuration needed — spam submissions are filtered automatically.

Form Collection Toggle

You can enable or disable form collection on a per-page basis in Page Settings. When disabled, form submissions on that page are not stored.
