[New Leadpages] Publishing, Unpublishing & Managing Pages

Last Updated

Publishing a Page

When your page is ready, click the Publish button in the bottom-right corner of the editor. Your page goes live immediately at its URL.

  • The button changes from "Publish" to "Live" with a checkmark to confirm it's published.
  • A tooltip shows the exact date and time of last publish.
  • If you make edits after publishing, the toolbar shows how many changes have been made since the last publish.

Unpublishing a Page

To take a page offline without deleting it:

  1. Open the page in the editor or go to Dashboard → Pages.
  2. Click the three-dot menu and select Unpublish.
  3. The page is no longer accessible to visitors (returns a 404), but your content is preserved for editing.

Managing Pages from the Dashboard

The Pages list (Dashboard → Pages) is your central hub for all pages:

Page Information

  • Thumbnail preview
  • Title and slug
  • Status badge — one of the following:
    • Live — the page is published and publicly accessible.
    • Draft — the page has never been published.
    • Live + Draft changes (amber pill) — the page is published, but you have made edits since the last publish. Open the page in the editor and publish again to push the changes live. The amber pill disappears automatically after you publish.
    • Expired — the page was published with an expiry date that has passed.
  • Creation date and last updated
  • View count (if analytics enabled)
  • Site and domain assignment
  • A/B test indicator (if running an experiment)

Page Actions

Click the three-dot menu on any page to access:

  • Edit — Open in the visual editor
  • Copy URL — Copy the page's public URL
  • Page Settings — Slug, SEO, favicon, assets
  • Duplicate — Create a copy of the page
  • Password Protect — Set or remove a password
  • Add to Site — Move the page into a multi-page site
  • Run A/B Test — Start an experiment on this page
  • Delete — Permanently remove the page

Filtering & Search

Use the sidebar filters to find pages quickly:

  • Filter by collection, site, or import source
  • Filter by A/B test status
  • Search by page title

Page Limits

The number of pages you can create depends on your plan:

  • Grow: Up to 500 pages
  • Optimize: Up to 500 pages
  • Scale: Unlimited pages

Your current page count and limit are shown in the Pages header.
