Manage your Lead Card

Last Updated

Introducing Lead Card – Pair your card with the perfect landing page for a no-code way to share your contact details, collect leads, and win sales at in-person events like a conference or client meetings.

The fine print

  • Lead Cards were a limited-time offer given to a small group of users
  • Mobile devices must have NFC enabled to work with your Lead Card

Step by Step

1. Activate your card

2. Select a published landing page to use with your card

3. Bring your card to in-person events to quickly share contact details, get leads, and more.

Activate your card

To activate your card

  1. Simply hold your card near your phone
  2. Log in to your Leadpages account
  3. Activation is complete when you see the success message ✅

Select a page

To select the page you want your prospects to see, click the dropdown under Select Lead Card Destination and choose any of your published landing pages.

Changed your mind and want to use a different page? No problem, just repeat the steps above to change which page is connected to your card.

NOTE: Your card must be activated to select a page.

Using your card

Once you’ve activated your card and selected a page, you’re ready to start using your card!

Simply tap your card on your prospect's mobile device (same as activation) and they’ll be able to view your landing page.

Because your card is connected to a landing page, you have more flexibility with what you share with your prospects – use your landing page to share your contact details, collect leads, close sales, share a demo, and more.

Frequently asked questions

What is NFC?

Near Field Communication (NFC) is the technology that allows two devices to talk to each other when they’re close together. Perhaps one of the biggest advantages of NFC is how simple it is to use compared to technologies like Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, while still providing security and privacy.

I’m having trouble getting the NFC tag to activate on my phone, where should I touch the card to my device?

NFC technology is located in different areas depending on your device type. Here’s where to find it on iPhone and Android. If you have a different device type, try a quick online search to locate yours.

iPhone

The upper right back of an iPhone (to the right of the camera lens) is the best spot.

Android

For Android, the back of your device is best, though the specific spot varies by model.

Does it work with my phone?

Most phones made after 2015 will have NFC capability. For a comprehensive list of NFC-enabled devices, click here.

Who is eligible for a card?

A small group of users were selected at random to receive a card. If you were part of this group, you would see Lead Card in the dropdown when clicking Your Name from the dashboard.

How long does it take to get my card?

It takes approximately 5-10 business days from the day you started your trial to receive your card. While you wait for your card, get a head start by creating a page to use with it. → Explore templates
