Restrict pages or sites from public search

Last Updated

There are some pages and/or sites that you might not want listed in Google (or any search engine) search results.

You can prevent your page or site from being indexed, here's how:

Navigate to the Settings tab then SEO within the builder, and select the “I don't want to search engines to index this page” option, as seen below:

Looking for a robots.txt file?

Since you cannot submit a robots.txt file from within your Leadpages account or by using the Leadpages-hosted version of your page, you will need to publish your pages on your own server in order to do so.

You can learn more about creating a robots.txt file here: http://www.robotstxt.org/
